Outstanding service and result.

Watch service and repair completed within timescale. Collection again most friendly and interested. Result is beyond expectations - the 70's watch - bought with my first annual bonus - looks pristine new, - it clearly had badly needed a service and clean - i can now wind it up easily - and I'm delighted with the result - at a reasonable price too! I promise I won't leave the next service for such a long time.

My clock had a thorough service.

Repaired, cleaned and lubricated my striking clock which needed a through service, and it's keeping accurate time now. I'll definitely use again.

Two very old pocket watches brought back to life.

I sent my cherished pocket watches that belonged to my Grandfather (a JW Benson Demi Hunter and a Northern Goldsmiths) that had both not worked for decades to Brendan, he diagnosed the faults, which were broken mainsprings, also repaired the broken crystal on one of them, cleaned and serviced them and got them back to me safe and sound during lockdown. Both are still ticking away beautifully a big thank you to Brendan and his wife for the fantastic service they give.

Outstanding Service

Brendan repaired and cleaned my beloved Cartier Tank recently. I took a leap of faith after finding his business online. I posted my watch to him and it was returned a few weeks later in the most amazing condition. It is working better than it ever has and it looks truly beautiful. His service is really outstanding and I didn’t have to remortgage my house for it! I would go nowhere else to get my watch serviced after this; I am so grateful!

My 45 year old Tissot Seastar automatic has been out of action for some time & my 94 year old gold Longines dress watch (a wedding present from my late wife) was gaining at a ridiculous rate. BH Jewellers took both in in December and promised to do what ever it took to get both running.

The watches arrived back 2 days ago and have been keeping perfect time. They arrived with a note explaining how to look after them (i.e. not water-proof, the automatic needs active wear for 10 hours etc.) The Tissot even had a new watch "glass"!
The prices quoted were kept and they were beautifully packaged and returned by Special Delivery
